Problem here is that the school cannot ask the applicant if they are
disabled.

Some testing agencies reveal what type of accessibility device is used to
take a standardized test.  I have seen this in forms for a local college.
They know who is disabled or not without asking the student about their
disability.

This is for incoming freshman and not the LSAC.
