Hi Everyone:

Does anyone have an idea when the Treasury Department will begin 
implementation of the currency identification by the blind? It is my 
understanding that the Court of Appeals DID REAFFIRM the lower court's 
position on the subject.  How long does it take from the time of 
reaffirmation until final implementation?
