[blindlaw] LSAC Reader Settlement

 Hello:

     A big problem with CAPTCHAs is that according to my sighted wife, the 
letters displayed on the screen are themselves not clearly displayed. A 
screen reader would need to do OCR on an image accurately and fast enough to 
deal with time limitations on entering the characters.
