By that logic, anyone could draw an "X" and say it was your signature. Or
anyone could look up your Attorney number online and use that too.
Forgery is forgery, whether it's the use of a stamp or scrolling a signature
which does not happen to be your own. I used my stamp for pleadings,
discovery, official notification, and even before a notery public. I put the marks
made by that stamp out as my signature, and it was always accepted by
courts, other attorneys, etc.

There is a twist here. Willl, any reasons why a stamp is not as sufficient
as a signature? Granted, I do not know how the stamp is made, but if it is
made from one's signature, what's the difference between the two?
