William,

Aren't they legally responsible for making their site usable by everybody, 
including the excessively unemployed blind population?

No, I did and we see how far that has gotton me.  See the post from 
Yesterday as a forwarded message.  They thank you for the input and then 
brush it off.
That is the same story as is with every major corporation in this country.
