Chuck,

While I agree that we don't want to appear helpless, I don't agree that this
isn't a worthwhile battle.  It is of tremendous importance to those of us
that encounter this on websites that we travel by necessity.  I only think
it's whining when a person doesn't make attempts to do anything about it.

I guess we all have a difference as to what we feel is worthwhile.
