I'm forwarding to the list my message to Kaplan PMBR the company taking over
The Study Group, my choice for bar prep course materials and mentoring
service. If anyone can suggest an alternative, input is appreciated. At the
very least, this is F.Y.I.

As I communicated by telephone, I cannot set a password on the web page you

The commands do not register.  Consequently, I cannot access any course
materials to date.

 I am blind and use adaptive speech software, (JAWS for Windows). I
purchased the bar preparation course from The Study Group because they
provided materials and support to effectively assist blind students, and
because they offered me unlimited mentoring.  I understand that Kaplan PMBR
has taken over The Study Group as of December 1, 2010.

I have been delayed to date using any Kaplan PMBR services. The telephone
number provided for U.S. customers in the message text above goes to voice
mail stating offices are closed. This is neither what I expected nor the
excellent services I experienced from The Study Group. 

How is Kaplan PMBR accommodating blind customers? 

Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

Hi Dave,

A student called in who has questions about The Study Group. She is
requesting to speak to a mentor. She also requested to be copied on this
email. Her account does not say if she was assigned a mentor yet, but she
would prefer someone who is apart of her study group to be her mentor. Do
you have a contact that I can forward her to about assigning a mentor for
her?
