Does that mean the exam guidelines that existed web the /ada passed? Do you

Has anyone heard of the Fifth Circuit Court ruling that now places a statute
of limitations on non ADA compliance?  I think it is saying that you cannot
file suit when you discover non-compliance.  It has to be within two years
of when the structure was constructed.
