[blindlaw] Jaws and Westlaw

Has any JAWS and Westlaw user encountered a continuous reading issue in
reading recent, but not older Westlaw decisions, using the JAWS continuous
reading feature. I have been off Westlaw for about six months, having lost
my Westlaw privileges when I retired. When I again secured its use, I
brought up the recent Citizens United Supreme Court decision. I have JAWS
10 loaded on my PC. When I began to read the decision, unlike in the past,
JAWS now announced every link, which was annoying. What was worse was that
the continuous reading (insert and page down did not work properly.
Passages would be repeated and the reading stalled. Thinking that I may
have some JAWS configuration issue unique to my PC, I emailed the Westlaw
decision as an attachment to my long-time adaptive equipment instructor. He
also has the same version of JAWS on his PC. He has the same continuous
reading blockage issue. I then brought up an older Supreme Court
decision, Griggs v Duke Power Company, and I had no problem reading it using
continuous reading. In the older decision, Every link was not announced
aloud.

Has anyone else had a similar difficulty.]
