Yes, Lainey feingold has been involved in the negotiated settlements that 
have been used by ACB and the California Council of the Blind. Unfortunately 
as these are negotiated settlements they don't really set any legal 
precedents as they were negotiated without litigation. She prides herself on 
not having to go to court and litigate.
