Sure, they already got $1400 for the class and another $150 per hour with a 
tutor.

This is not accommodation when you have to pay more than sighted people to 
take a class that is not designed for blind people and they want to charge 
extra to level the playing field in the classroom.  According to the ADA, 
are they not supposed to be willing to step up and make a contribution to 
the disable community on occasion?

In addition, is not LSAC supposed to be willing to help prepare you for the 
test since it is not presented to us in the same manner as everybody else 
who takes it?
