Please forward to your contacts.  This is a really good job for an attorney who want to litigate in the area of special education and disability rights.  (We have an opening because our attorney accepted a clinical legal fellowship at Stanford Law School.)
California has an option to be a Registered Legal Services Attorney, California Rule of Court 964.
This allows an attorney to relocate to California to work for a non-profit like the Disability Rights Legal Center and gives the attorney three years to take the California bar.  It is only for attorneys who have never taken the California bar though.
We're a great place to work with a very active, systemic litigation docket.
