[blindlaw] Fw: [nabs-l] plane fares for Louisiana and Colorado

Has an NFB state chapter or the national subsidized or sponsored people to 
attend the NFB centers in cases where VR agencies will not pay for the 
services or a client for whatever reason might be ineligible? Perhaps this 
is an issue that NFB needs to look at as a means of providing services to as 
many clients as possible. I for one would would consider this a worthy 
expenditure of funds.
