Hello:
I believe it was Michelle who was well versed in drafting letters or
proposals for the KNFB Reader. If so, pleas contact me off list. 
Also, I would like to get some of your input on the best course of action in
challenging DBS for denial of services. Should I contact some of the
Advocacy centers or go through the Administrative Hearing process? Noel
Probably knows a lot about this on the federal level.
Finally, do any of you know the appropriate process for removing the case
from the administrative hearing phase to the civil court phase?
