SSA "NO-MATCH" GUIDANCE FROM OSC. 

On November19, 2010, OSC published a new guidance package on how employers and employees should respond to SSA No-Match letters and similar notices from other governmental and non-governmental sources.  The package includes Do/Do Not instructional sheets for both employers and employees together with FAQs.
