[blindlaw] What kinds of questions can you ask on this list?

Is there a cost required to sign up for this or is it free? If there is a
cost how much am I looking for either annually or Monthly?

If you are doing research you could benefit from the legal professionals
part. Actually once you sign up you can access all of it. I also forgot that
there is a section for law students.
