Ok William, how old are you?  Are you at least 18 years of age?  If not, I 
don't see how you can legaly append your signature to such a document.  May 
be wait a few years if you are not quite 18 yet, or have your dad be the 
owner of the company you are about to set up.  Later, he can transfer full 
responsibilities to you when you turn 18.
