[blindlaw] accepting track changes in Word

What version of Office are you using? If 2003, use Control + Shift + E to
turn on Track Changes. Then, use Alt + S, then arrow Right to Changes.
>From this list you arrow Down to accept/reject one instance or all changes
in document.
