Microsoft has done nothing to include accessibility in its OS because many blind people spoke up, many of them FROM the NFB, and said, "No, no, don't fool with Jaws, let the experts handle it, we don't want some non-blindness-related company building our screen readers."  So, I M H O, in this instance, we reap what we sow.
