I don't think you need (or want) the www before m.facebook.com; try just
entering m.facebook.com in the address bar.

Heyya Sarah: A while back there was some issue with www.m.facebook.com
where by when you attempted to access the page it was attempting to
force you to download something which really was not a download at all.
I haven't had this issue in some months now. However I have had someone
tell me recently that they had this issue when attempting to use
www.m.facebook.com when using firefox. So let me ask you if you are
attempting to use firefox? If not I am assuming that this happens to you
while using IE? If you do have Firefox on your system, would you please
try accessing www.m.facebook.com from it & let me know what happens when
you do? As far as www.touch.facebook.com goes. Yes, this is all you will
get when using it while using a PC. If I may be of any further
assistance please feel free to let me know. You may write me off list @
newsandtraffic at hotmail.com if you'd rather. Thanks much
