One of Australia's largest banks is having a corporate ethics push.  As part
of this they are focusing upon employing people with disabilities.  There is
a legal job going as part of this.
The contact, Rob, is a former Australian Goalballer and played in the
Atlanta Paras.
if you are looking at the pay the Aussie dollar is around parity.

ANZ's Global Employee Relations ("GER") Team plays a critical role within
the organisation and is responsible for ANZ's global employee relations
strategy and policy. We handle the most complex employment matters facing
ANZ, including employment litigation globally.
 
We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Lawyer within GER. As a key member
of the team, this role is responsible for providing expert solutions and
support across a range of areas including complex change programs, projects,
transactions, industrial instrument development, dispute resolution and
policy design.
 
As an employment lawyer with at least 5 years post qualification experience,
you will provide specialist ER/HR consulting services and strategic
leadership to ANZ management and the ANZ HR community to achieve business
goals. You will provide expert advice for the management of employment law
matters and litigation. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong
working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and further
develop ANZ HR capabilities through education and coaching on current HR law
and ongoing professional development.
