This is just another note to remind those who may not have seen the services
I offer through my company, Burley-Wilson & Associates, a virtual paralegal
services firm.

 

I provide paralegal and legal secretary support to attorneys and firms
across the country.  I have multiple areas of expertise, including personal
injury (medical malpractice, premises liability and products liability),
disability right/ciil rights, family law, corporate law/business formation,
labor and employment, mass tort and others.

 

I am able to draft and answer discovery, draft original and responsive
pleadings (i.e. original petitions, answers, motions for summary judgment,
etc.), and other litigation support services.
