LSAT Discriminates Against Blind Test Takers: Suit

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011) -- A blind law school hopeful from Michigan
on Tuesday accused the American Bar Association of forcing schools to
require that he and others who are visually impaired take the LSAT, which
allegedly discriminates against the legally blind.

Angelo Binno, who is represented by blind attorney attorney Richard H.
Bernstein, filed suit in a Michigan federal court alleging he could not get
into law school because his scores were too low due to questions in the
entrance exam that the blind and visually impaired have difficulty
answering....
