[blindlaw] recommendation for laptop and views on gps

Its about six and a half hours, maybe more. I do have the extended battery.
I turn the screen brightness down to almost nothing by using the Lenovo
function key and the end key in combination. I like the Lenovo because it
is so small. The Lenovo can also be purchased with built in 4g or 3g high
speed wireless, so that is good too. I've also had Dells that are real
good. The thing about Dell is that they really have their act together on
service, if you need it.

thanks daniel,
How is the battery life on your machine do you mind my asking.
I have heard you can get up to 7 or 8 hours from a mac. That's a big
attraction.
