[blindlaw] rehab problem

Thanks, Chuck. Who should I talk to, any of you Coloradoans,
about getting the hearing process started? The thing is that the
report said I had a lot of discontent with my family, which
stemmed from the whole guardianship thing which has plagued my
life, stpped a marriage, and could potentially ruin my career.
So who do I talk to? Thanks.
Beth

start the hearing process which should have been explained to you
by your
counselor. You have a right to appeal any decision made by a
state agency
and eventually you have the right to go to court. you may also
need to find
another expert doctor that will be able to state that you are
capable of
pursuing a career in social work. It is going to take some work
on your part
to show that you are capable of attaining this goal. Additionally
it would
be a good idea to start volunteering in a setting where you would
have some
client contact to demonstrate your abilities.

Hi, guys. It's Beth from the beautiful city of Denver. I'm
having a
problem. Voc REhab doesn't want to support my career in social
work, but
I want to do it regardless of a doctor's professional opinion,
which is
being imposed upon me. I don't know whuat to do. I feel as
though my
dreams are constantly being crushed. Help!
 Beth
