[blindlaw] Pennsylvania, Guide dogs, and the law

Good Evening,

I am a resident of Pennsylvania. I am looking for any and all the laws,
ordinances, policies, regulations that pertain to Pennsylvania and guide
dogs and or service animals. I am not a lawyer myself and thus do not have
access to Westlaw. If someone who does, could look up the information for
me, it would be greatly appreciated!
