Hello,
The Microsoft office suite on Mac is not accessible at this point. However, you can download open office for free. That is fully accessible and gives access to text documents, spreadsheets, and database. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I am an assistive technology trainer from Dekalb Illinois and I would be willing to help over the phone or Skype if you would like.
