I have been using Westlaw and Lexis with Jaws for quite long now. I don't
find any issue as such.

I have used jaws and VoiceOver with Lexis and find the site very useable. I
used the text westlaw site in law school quite extensively. At the time, it
was very accessible. I'm not sure if westlaw next has changed all of that.
Best,
TJ
