[blindlaw] recovering deleted e-mails in Microsoft Outlook

If you press control+1 (twice quickly) it will move you into a kind of list thing. Then you can arrow up and down the different folders. Click on the deleted items folder and then you have access to all of your previously deleted emails.

I was wondering if there's a keyboard command to recover deleted e-mails in the recover deleted items folder in Microsoft Outlook. A co-worker told me there's a toolbar with three buttons to select. I just need to figure out how to use JAWS to get to that toolbar. Any tips?
