Blind Justice: Litigation Skills
Introducing "Blind Justice," a lawyering topics and skills seminar series,
hosted by the National Association of Blind Lawyers.
The inaugural seminar on practicing law as blind attorneys will take place
on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time and 12:00 PM Pacific Time
via teleconference. This session will be complementary. Featured speakers
include Scott LaBarre, Law Offices of Scott C. LaBarre, and Anthony Thomas,
Office of the Cook County Public Defender. The presenters will discuss
strategies and experiences litigating in the court room as blind attorneys
and working with blind witnesses and jurors.
