Angie,

Now that you mention it, I have seen the same thing happen when changing
jurisdictions. We should contact them about this. Do you have any contacts
there?

I have not had this specific issue, but I have had problems with it crashing
when I try to change jurisdictions. Every time I have to do that, I just
hope and pray it doesn't all go down.
