In your opinion, What makes an effective cross examination? I'm not a lawyer myself, but I'm watching a trial. Lets say you asked a question such as, "Dr. Johnson, You can't tell us with a reasonible degree of medical cirtainity, that the stab wounds and not the gun shot to the chest were fatle can you yes or no?
