[blindlaw] paying a debt, assets too low

I know this list is about the lawyers networking and getting together on 
the list, but I've got a huge problem.  I got a call yesterday from a 
debt collector wanting money for the university I attended in 2012 in 
the fall.  I had to tell off the debt collector, but I'm told they'll 
just keep calling until the money is paid in full, and I don't have 
$2216 in the bank, and I can't make payments without it being a long 
term debt.  My parents refuse to support me, and that's the biggest 
hurdle I have.  I want to know how to file for bankruptcy and or make my 
parents pay the debt so that the debt doesn't have any effect on my 
cvredit score.
