[blindlaw] Air Travel security checks for the disabled

Has anyone out there read through this N.Y. Times Article on how the T.S.A. is "improving things" for the disabled regarding security checks?
I'd be curious to know if any legal action was taken with reference to the incident noted in February of this year.
Is there anyone in that area who can shed any light on it?
