I wish the B.E.P. could be reformed such that it would permit one to rent a 
frestanding building and run the business like any other entrepreneur does. 
My biggest beef with the B.E.P. has to do with being located in a government 
building of some kind and being tied strictly to when the said office is 
opened or closed.  I like being able to determine my own hours of operation.
