[blindlaw] Becoming a Notary Republic in New York State

Hello:

My name is Justin Young and I'm new to this list.  I was curious to
see if anyone on here could advise me the best way of becoming a
Notary in the State of New York?  Are there any of you on this list
who have gone through a similar process before?  I assume there is
like a reasonable accomadation form or something with supporting
documentation one would have to provide?  Thanks so much for any and
all of your assistance!
