Dear Mr. Hoekstra:

What you say about accessibility on the Android platform is absolutely
incorrect! Talkback comes on all Android phones and tablets. And no,
Talkback DOES NOT cost an extra penny. Yes, you can buy other voices, but
Talkback has always been free. Visit any of your favorite service provider
store--AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and ask them to pull up an Android phone and
load Talkback for you. Alternately, you can load the screen reader yourself
and play with it to your heart's content.

In the early days of Android, what you had to say was true; however,
Talkback has evolved and is now in version 3.xxx and certainly getting
better and better all the time. You won't get the flexibility Android
offers on the iPhone amongst them, Universal Charger, face regognition, et
al.

Sincerely,
Olusegun
Denver, Colorado
