I guess it depends on how much you want to spend. I have the Lenovo think
pad x230, and it is great. It even has a Verizon wireless broadband card,
although that costs extra. I also have a Toshiba ultra-book I got from Best
Buy for about $600, and it is almost as good. The Lenovo makes the x-1
carbine, which is ultra-light weight and capable, but expensive.

In my opinion, an ultra-book computer would be better than a tablet. The
new ones are almost as small as a tablet, are very light, have great battery
life, and are easier to use without sight.

Are you using any specific software unique to your practice on the windows 8
machine that needs to cync with it, or is this tablet more for use as a
"talking briefcase" that you will take to hearings and on client meetings
with you.

Hi Group,

I wanted to know if anyone on this list serve has found a tablet that works
especially well with Jaws. I need a windows based system. I am also
curious as to whether the tablets can be synchronized with my windows based
computer.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Sincerely,
