Hi Susan,

I hope Scot can help you.  I faced the same situation as an assistant city attorney in the 1980s, and had to go into debt to buy and maintain technology that the city wouldn't obtain.  I still remember working until midnight many nights per week then going in on weekends.  No way to live, plus you can't look for a better job, either.  But try to keep up your spirits.  We care.
