>The student will assist Business Enterprise 
>Program (BEP) staff with a variety of regularly 
>assigned and ad hoc projects related to the 
>operation of food facilities under the auspices 
>of the Randolph-Sheppard Act and Michigan Public 
>Act 260.Specifically, this includes:
>·Research and analysis of routine legal issues related to the Program;
>·Research relevant statues, ruling and 
>precedents to be used by staff in promulgating 
>rules and representing the agency at reviews and hearings;
>·Assist in the collection and development of 
>documentation for routine cases and hearings;
>·Log and track mandated documentation submitted by licensees;
>·Assist in food service operational activities 
>at various B S B P locations.In addition, the
