hi,

I am wondering about implications from offering a chance to win cash through 
a website game.
is there something about skill vs. game of chance?

just like Colorado offered chances to win the vacation, is there anything 
wrong with collecting money for the chance to win the pot for a type of 
basketball tournament assuming avoiding using ncaa copywritten wording?
