[blindlaw] MS Operating Systems in Federal Agencies

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me which Microsoft operating systems are now being used in federal agencies hiring attorneys?

I'm tempted to assume and to hope that Windows 7 is and remains the standard, but common sense tells me that if change could happen, it probably will.  I realize that Microsoft has been threatening for a long time to withdraw
support for Windows 7, and to throw all its weight now to 8.1.

But there are still troglodites like me out there still grudgingly letting go of Windows XP, and governments change more slowly than I do.

So, what's the straight skinny?
