[blindlaw] FW: Landmark Agreement with Law Schol Admission Council to Settle Justice Department's Nationwide Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

A person with a disability needs to have the right to apply to law
school without referencing their disability if they choose to do so.
While many people might choose to make this known during the
application process--and perhaps for the very reason that they wish to
argue that the test does not reflect their true ability, others might
forgo any potential advantages under the theory that they, not some
third party, should control when and how their disability is disclosed
to admissions officers.
