Hello, 

I received LSAC's reader policy.  It is attached.  It is the same as in the
1996 settlement agreement between them and the NFB.  However, I did not
receive the name and telephone number of the reader 14 days after my
request.  In fact, I was told I could not meet with the reader until two
weeks before the test.  Is there any recourse? How can we ensure that LSAC
follows its policies?
