[blindlaw] Defending civil deposition alone -- dealing with diagrams and photographs?

I agree with this Derek. Again, I'd stress that quite apart from the
question of whether this material is accessible or not, you will
presumably need to take your client's instructions, to put your
client's case forward effectively. That requires advance access to
such material, in my view.
