Dear Adrijana:

I am not looking for anyone, but is this a dating magazine? You make it
sound innocent enough. What is your process for ensuring that this is not a
dangerous place for the visually impaired?

If it is not a dating magazine, isn't the listserv serving as a device for
being a "penpal?"

 Some time ago I started running a free weekly email magazine for blind
penpals. It consists of ads of blind penpals who wish to make new friends or
find someone special. To become a member, people must be 18 or above. So far
there are about 900 subscribers from all over the world and I work very hard
to ensure that it is a safe place for people that wish to find friends. I
