[blindlaw] CLIENT ON SSDI, WANTS PASS PLAN

I think that an SSDI client is eligible for the PASS program. The ABLE 
accounts will only benefit those who became disabled before they reached the 
age of 26. The party in question needs to contact their state rehab agency 
to pursue this.

I do not know the answer to your question. However, they can use the able 
account to do the same thing when able accounts become available.
