Much like Obama's Affordable Health Care Act , which has absolutely nothing
to do with being affordable or health care, one cannot be denied for a
pre-existing condition, but they can sure as hell jack the premiums up.

Subject: [blindlaw] Long term care insurance
Hello,
Does anyone here have some expertise on the laws and regulations pertaining
to long term care insurance, and know if the conditions of blindness or
deafness can be used by providers to disqualify applicants for such
coverage?
Thanks,
Andrew
