Josh - My firm uses File Site. I assume that it is similar to your File Cite. Are you available to talk this afternoon? If so, I'll give you a call.

Subject: [blindlaw] File cite

Morning everyone,]
I know the myriad issues with file management software are well tread on this list. I am curious if anyone has worked with file cite specifically. My firm uses it, and it is the bane of my existence. If anyone has used it in the past, and knows of any work arounds or tips I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Josh
