The primary purpose of the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Program Coordinator is to assist the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Program Manager in the leadership, development and implementation of the external facing WSBA Diversity Programs and in guiding and supporting the WSBA Diversity Committee. The Coordinator's key functions are:

*        Meeting and Event Coordination

*        Training Development and Support

*        Administrative Support

*        Assistance with Stakeholder Communications


In the performance of these duties, the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Program Lead has the following responsibilities: plan and support meetings and events, including committee meetings, the ARC Reception, community networking events, and diversity stakeholder meetings; coordinating venue logistics; agenda and materials preparation; taking minutes and tracking action items; preparing a year-end record; processing volunteer expense reimbursements; coordinating annual appointment processes; serves as back-up staff liaison to the Committee providing leadership and support for activities and annual planning as needed; collaborates with the CLE Seminar Developer to develop and deliver Diversity and Inclusion seminars/webinars; develops and delivers the annual committee orientation and other presentations; assists with the development and tracking of diversity and inclusion metrics for the Advancement Department.
